The Sego was designed in response to the trend of rising demand for bean-to-cup machines. However, it is intended for smaller offices, company waiting rooms, and the local bakery around the corner that wants to offer an extra service. It is perfectly suited for locations where a home-kitchen coffee maker would be inappropriate but a large professional machine won’t fit.

All coffee specialties dispensed from the Sego are made using freshly ground coffee beans. Moreover, the stainless steel disks in the grinder flawlessly grind the coffee beans to your specifications, from coarse to fine. Then, the unique rotational brewer optimally extracts the coffee. Each drink can be adapted to your specifications. This includes settings such as:

• the consistency of grind
• pre-wetting
• contact time
• coffee to water ratio
• and of course the cup size.

You can change a setting with just a few taps on the touchscreen. Additionally, personal preference settings can be easily and quickly copied to other Sego units using a USB stick.

Easy to Maintain

The Sego is extremely maintenance-friendly.  And yet, it packs a lot of technology, such as the Bravilor Bonamat patented Teflon™ infused mixing bowl. This bowl prevents clogging, optimizes the flow of instant ingredients, and considerably increases the in-cup quality. Futhermore, the unique hot water system minimizes lime build-up.
